The tool I wished existed

Between Sobha, Shriram Land Development and Skyline Builders, I've prepared enough BOQs to know the drill by heart: cross-reference the printed DSR, hand-type item codes into Excel, fix formula errors at 11pm the night before a tender is due, and hope nobody spots the one rate that got typed wrong. The rates are official; the workflow is anything but.

BOQ Builder is my attempt to shorten that loop. The full CPWD DSR 2023 Delhi Schedule of Rates lives inside the app — 8,000+ priced items across 45 chapters, plus the Basic Rate appendices for labour, materials and hire charges. Search, click, set quantity, export.

No login walls before you can try it. No Excel formulas to babysit. And every rate is traceable back to the published DSR so it holds up under review.
